After checkout, Snag-Zilla will hold the funds from the guest and release the funds to the host upon the successful completion of the order.

In the Snag-Zilla app, go to My Snags for all the details

When the host is on the way, you will receive a notification, real-time GPS location, and timing visibility to the host.

Also, with the ability to communicate with the host (as long as it is safe for the host to do so on the road and following traffic laws).

Lastly, to help you identify the host’s vehicle, we will provide you with the physical vehicle identification information.

Once the items are delivered, if the items are not correct or in good condition, then either you can work it out with the host or decline the order for a refund per the Cancellation Policy.

The service fee helps us operate and improve our platform, plus offer services like customer support. 

Similar to other apps, upon checkout we will give you a full price break down and only after a guest books an order from a host, our Pro Advantage is 8% for Premium Care and App Support and 5% to cover payment processing/transactions. All tips will go directly to the host without any deduction.

Whereas our app competitors charge upwards of 40-50%+, with variable rates and complicated pricing, we offer a very attractive and transparent pricing model.
